Member Account Specialist with English

Main Responsibilities:

Receiving customer and technical requests mainly via email and chat;
Provide resolution to requests via phone calls;
Identify, resolve and report claims and inquiries;
Manage all interactions in a professional manner.

Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday:
07:00 - 16:00
15:00 - 00:00
16:00 - 01:00

Job Requirements:

Fluency in English;
Second language (French or Spanish B2-C1) is an advantage;
Previous experience within customer/technical support is a must;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Team player mind-set;
Creative thinking;
Advanced user of MS Office suite and fast typing skills.
