Currently, we are looking for an On-board Unit Team Lead with German to join our client's newly established team in Sofia.

As one of the leading mobility service providers in Europe, our client helps more than 200,000 customers to manage their commercial vehicle fleets efficiently. The range of services extends from fuel and service cards at more than 80,000 brand-independent acceptance points to toll invoicing, value-added tax, and mineral oil tax refunds to vehicle services and services in innovative fields such as electromobility.

In this role, you will be responsible for toll processes, daily business, and network within the company.

Main tasks:
First Contact for the Administration Team
Coordination Administration Team
Creation of Manuals / internal training handouts
Monitoring of daily business in regards to Service Level Agreements and Quality
Direct reporting line to the Team Manager OBU Management
Support and Input regarding new toll processes and projects

Professional Skills:
Working experience (4-5 years) in a similar position
Management Experience in an international environment
German & English Skills (C1)
Good communication skills, high capacity, flexibility
Empathic and confident leadership skills
