For our client, we are looking for: Logistic and purchasing specialist Essential Functions: - Develop and manage relationship/partnership with suppliers and track their performance; - Process all customer enquiries and negotiate with transport and logistics companies for signing contract; - Align with local stakeholders in order to implement contract and ensure contract compliance; - Explore new contact transport companies for price offers and providing information to Sales department; - Ensure all orders are documented properly within the ERP system. Process all purchasing orders, including entry, issue, confirm, file, invoice, etc.; - Insert in the ERP system the material received by invoice and by truck; - Follow up open PO’s and coordinates processes when order is completed; - Coordinate the order material from the Group companies, according to the sales department needs. Prioritizing shipments and resolving shipping issues if required. Qualifications and Skills: - Excellent English; - 2 years of relevant experienсe; - Very good Excel skills, experience with ERP will be an advantage; - University degree in Economics is required; - Very good Excel skills; - Strong communication and negotiation skills, team worker that can work independently; - Analytical and proactive person.
