The biggest CRM company worldwide is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Agent with French and English for their active office in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you don’t have any experience – that’s okay - they are giving you a great chance to kick-start your career. If you have experience as a Technical Support – even better!
Personal qualifications for the BI Agent:
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of French;
- High competence in MS Excel;
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Computer Science is considered an advantage.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data, manage and troubleshoot application issues and data flow;
- Provide administrative and technical support to assigned applications;
- Keep up databases that are utilized for data analysis and reporting.
