Main responsibilities:

Handling clients request via email, chat and outbound calls;
Resolving requests regarding clients’ accounts, promotions, and personal documentations;
Daily work with a specialized system;
Close cooperation with other departments in terms of solving the issues in a prompt manner.

The skills:

Fluent level of German/ French/ Dutch or Spanish;
Proficiency level of English B2-C1;
Experience in customer service- is a plus;
