Online Gaming Advisor with French or Dutch

Main Responsibilities:

• Offering excellent support and troubleshooting via email, chat, and outbound communication;
• Maintaining high-level customer satisfaction level for chat & email;
• Cooperating with the most suitable department according to the issue;
• Supporting the clients regarding the bonus scheme and their accounts.

What you need to have:

• Excellent level of French or Dutch;
• Level of written and spoken English B2-C1
• Experience in a multilingual company as a customer support specialist;
• Previous gaming or Forex experience is an advantage;
• Sales orientated personality;
• Flexible working hours;
• Ability to show excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Capability to act and think logically.
