What to expect
Providing exceptional support for existing customers via phone and email
Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers in countries assigned
Proactively calling existing clients to assist on ongoing topics
Maintain working knowledge of competitors and industry trends

To be successful you need to have
Fluent command in Italian and English
Good experience in a proactive Customer Service role
Ability to build remote relationships
Knowledge and experience of the online gaming/e-commerce industry (would be considered an advantage)
