One of our partners international IT and Communications provider who help run IT for customers of major services businesses is looking for Service Desk Agent to provide technical support to their customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems on their Avaya CM telephone systems.

Service Desk Agent
Skills needed:
WLR3, MPLS, Broadband, SIP and call routing experience preferred;
Excellent customer service skills;
Previous helpdesk (telephone support experience) an advantage;
Experience of using call logging/incident management software an advantage;
Ability to demonstrate excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills; be an effective communicator across all levels of the organisation;
Have excellent analytical and negotiating skills;
Be flexible, pro-active, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
English- B2/C1

Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for customers reporting incidents;
Manage and progress the incident through its lifecycle to resolution;
Regularly interface with the TSC UC engineers on faults for customer with both UC and Fixed solutions;
Meet personal productivity targets at all times;
Carry out any assignments as and when required;
