Our customer is a company that operates in the freight services in the US and Canada. Currently we are searching for a Dispatcher with fluent English who shares the principles of the company for reliability, honesty and great service and is ready for new career challenges.
The position is home-based.
If you’re ready to:
* Use various sourcing platforms and book loads for your driver fleet;
* Ensure a smooth process of shipment and coordinate details with clients and drivers;
* Negotiate fees for the provided freight services;
* Provide effective escalation management whenever shipment issues occur;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and drivers;
* Participate in additional administrative tasks whenever necessary;
* Follow the established procedures and standards of the company.
… and are:
* Fluent in English;
* Interested in the field of logistics;
* Experienced as a load dispatcher – considered an advantage;
* Proactive and well organized;
* Able to work under minimal supervision.
