The person in this role will be responsible for customers‘ accounts and luxury vacations. You will have the opportunity to build a good professional experience and to enrich the knowledge in the hospitality industry.
Online Requests Coordinator with German/ French or Dutch
Main responsibilities:
Daily communication with clients via different channels;
Providing assistance regarding clients’ products and services;
Presentation of different available offers and products;
Daily usage of data base system;
Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction.

The skills:
Fluent level of German/ French or Dutch;
English- at least B2 level;
Previous experience as a customer advisor- an advantage;
Customer orientated personality;
