We are looking for: Reconciliation agent

Job duties and responsibilities:
• To follow balances and invoices between the company’s accounts and suppliers.
• To report missing settlements or unmatched amounts between both sides.
• To prepare a daily report of movement of transactions and invoices.
• To generate month end reports.
• To perform daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.

Skills and requirements:
• Fluency in English.
• Financial background (financial education, experience in the finance sector).
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages.
• Ability to identify errors.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
