For one of our clients, a multilingual company which specialized in several industries, we are looking for a person to join their team at the role:

Online Advisor with German

Main responsibilities:
• Handling clients request via email, chat and outbound calls;
• Resolving requests regarding the products, services and promotions;
• Daily work with a specialized system;
• Close cooperation with other departments in terms of solving the issues in a prompt manner.

• Fixed working hours – Mon-Sun: 10:00-19:00 with two days off;

The skills:
• Fluent level of German;
• Intermidiate level of English B1-B2;
• Experience in customer service- is a plus;
• Capability to work and think logically.
