Essential Job Functions:
* Reply to clients’ questions regarding a variety of products;

* Use documentation tools and databases according to the established procedures.

Requirements and qualifications:
* Proficiency in Slovenian, German or French;
* Good level of English;
* Ability to react quickly and accurately;
* Teamwork and problem solving skills;
