Customer service with English

The main duties will include:
Establishing first contact with customers in order to inform them about the possibilities the platform gives;
Provide information about the services of the company;
Maintaining high-level customer satisfaction level;
Provide excellent Customer service and compliance to customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in direct sales or B2B will be in an advantage;
Very good communications skills;
Excellent computer literacy;
Well-developed presentation skills.
