We are looking for: Customer Support agent with English and French or Arabic

Your responsibilities:
∙ To provide excellent support and customer care services to the end users of our Client;
∙ To be able to react on customers’ requests promptly and in a professional manner;
∙ To operate correctly with our Client’s internal software programs and applications;

Our Requirements:
∙ Fluency in the relevant foreign languages - both spoken and written.
∙ Working language - English and French/Arabic.
∙ Excellent communication skills.
∙ Professional attitude.
∙ Ability to work with Excel and Internet.
