For one of our clients – a growing e-commerce platform brand – we are looking for an E-commerce Specialist with English to join their team of professional customer consultants.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Review and analyze statistical data regarding the performance of clients’ online shops;
* Identify tools and methods that could be implemented in order to optimize the clients’ business;
* Ensure that every client receives the best possible solutions for their business needs;
* Maintain proper documentation regarding every account;
* Demonstrate outstanding account management skills and e-commerce expertise.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English;
* Proven experience in the e-commerce industry;
* Client management experience;
* Advanced analytical skills;
* Great communication skills;
* Strong PC literacy;
* Passion for marketing and motivation for achieving great results.
