Back-Office Technical Specialist with French

Main responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries e-mails;
• Understand the issue and log the ticket in a ticketing system;
• Deliver quality service regarding the company standards;
• Ensure that you meet targets set by the company for dealing with their customer’s requests.

Job requirements:

• Fluent level of French language;
• Advanced level of English;
