Main Responsibilities:
The main focus of the role is providing general technical support to the clients via phone and email regarding the various cases involving different type of equipment;
Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;

Have excellent verbal and written French (C1/C2 Level);
Very good English level (B2/C1 Level);

Have previous experience in customer or technical support
