What to expect
Identifying learning needs and planning learning and talent development activities;
Developing, piloting and evaluating learning and talent development initiatives for effectiveness, business relevance and cost;
Managing, supporting and/or organizing L&D programmes, initiatives and events;
Delivering training and facilitating learning interventions;
Designing and implementing blended learning solutions;
Applying adult learning theories to ensure internal customers get the most out of their training;
Monitoring and evaluating how effectively learning is transferred;
Consulting and advising people in the organization about L&D;
Maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) and other internal L&D systems and tools;
Researching and reporting on new developments in the L&D field;
Helping create an overall learning culture in the organization.

To be successful you need to have
Relevant Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or other related fields)
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Fluent English and Bulgarian – both written and spoken
Excellent computer & digital tools proficiency (MS Office, Windows OS, Learning Management Systems, internal social networks, etc.)
Confidence and proficiency delivering face-to-face and virtual training courses
Experience in designing effective L&D programmes, and learning interventions such as face-to-face workshops, e-learning, webinars and others
Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills – ability to work as a part of both local and global teams
Ability to take initiative, and adapt to a dynamic and evolving business
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Previous experience in a FinTech company is preferred, but not mandatory
