Fashion Brand Support with Slovenian & English
Main Responsibilities:
- The main focus of the role is providing general support to the clients via phone and email regarding the usage of the platform;
- Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;
- Assist the clients with requests regarding size, products and orders

Job requirements:
- Have excellent verbal and written Slovenian (B2-C1 Level);
- Good English level (B1-B2 Level);
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Reliable individual with a positive attitude;
