Football Radar uses a qualitative methodology that sets us apart from other football analysis companies. We do structured evaluations of every event and movement in the game. Plovdiv Branch



In 2017 Football Radar opened an office in Plovdiv. Everyone in the company has been amazed by the intelligence, the diligence, the commitment and the love for football we have found in all our employees in Bulgaria. We are glad to announce that we are currently looking to grow our data entry team in Plovdiv. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Football Radar’s Bulgarian office and join a team of positive and motivated professionals who share your passion about football.



The Role

Your job will be to watch football matches, both live and recorded, and register events using our software system. You will be watching football from various leagues from all over the world and you will get to learn how to apply our framework and our methodological approach to analyse football.

Watching a game at Football Radar is a pleasure, but also intensive and requires careful attention to detail. Your data registrations will contribute to our database and each input has an important impact on our prediction of the team's strength in a match. That's why we need high levels of attention to detail, dedication and football expertise for this role. To support you in this you will be offered regular feedback, coaching and guidance so you continue to develop your football watching skills and deliver great data for the company.



Terms

As we watch leagues from around the world the office is open 24/7 and is important to know that your schedule will include weekend work, also evenings, late nights and early mornings. This is a full-time (40hr) role and you should be prepared to adapt your lifestyle according to this working time. What we're looking for

We are looking for extremely motivated people that are keen to develop their passion for football into a career.

Ideally, you will have completed your education (a university degree). Academic records are not essential, but we want to see indicators showing that you are ambitious, diligent, hard-working, have a positive mindset and friendly attitude. Having a relevant experience is also a clear advantage.



You also need:

Minimum of B2 English level

Extensive knowledge of football

To be reliable and honest, showing great attention to detail and good time management skills

The ability to work independently and to be self-motivated

A valid permit to work in the EU and be able to work in Plovdiv on a daily basis

To be able to attend a 3 week training period



The Application Process

After we have reviewed your application and CV, if successful we shall arrange a telephone interview with you. The next stage is for you to attend an Assessment Centre at our Plovdiv office where you will go through a series of tests and quizzes. The final stage is a face-to-face interview.

Successful applicants will then begin their 3-week paid training (including hours on the weekends). You will be able to start working immediately after completion of training.

The employment contract would be signed prior to the start of training.

From the Assessment Centre to the beginning of training takes around 3 weeks and you will be informed of our decision at least one week before the start of the training programme.
