For one of our clients – a reputable international company – we are looking for a Customer to Cash Specialist with German who could join their growing finance department.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Participate in the billing/ collections operations of the company;
* Issue invoices and credit notes based on the customer’s sales ledger and provide necessary information regarding the invoices and credits;
* Ensure the accuracy of all documents corresponding to the contractual obligations with the
customers;
* Maintain historic data on invoices and keep track of important billing dates;
* Conduct research and provide reports to higher management.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in German;
* Previous experience in Billing and/or Disputes/ Collections is an advantage;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Great communication skills;
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
