Responsibilities:
• To be involved in the training, development and supervision of the sales team
• Take care of escalated issues when necessary
• Investigate and respond to issues raised by a client and provide timely feedback
• Propose improvements and optimizations for the customer process
• Report to the management

Requirements:
• At least 6 months of experience as a Conversion Team Lead or a Conversion agent in the field of financial markets is a must
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually
