Our partner is one of the leading global Shared Services process transformation companies. Currently, they are looking for an experienced and motivated Order and Invoice Administrator to join their team.
Main responsibilities:
Process orders and invoices according internal procedures and SLA;
Manage customer inquiries, product requests, deliveries and order status follow-up;
Take actions to returns (via email and phone);
Provide regular reports to Management.

Job requirements:
Excellent verbal and written German / Dutch language (C1 level);
Good English level (B1-B2 level);
Customer service and soft skills;
Knowledge of MS Office tools.
