Chat and Email Support with Turkish

Main Responsibilities:

The main focus of the role is providing general support to the clients via chat, phone and email regarding the usage of the platform;
Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;

Job requirements:

Have excellent verbal and written Turkish (C1/C2 Level);
Very good English level (B2/C1 Level);
Have excellent communication skills;
Are a reliable individual with a positive attitude;
Previous customer or technical support experience would be considered as an advantage
