Troubleshooting specialist with Spanish


Responsibilities:

Handling client inquiries and requests via email mainly;
Handling questions regarding transactions, profiles, refunds and other inquiries from clients;
Daily work with a specialized ticketing system;
Coordination with the various departments involved regarding the cases and questions that might arise.


Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish;
Friendly personality and be a team player;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Self-motivated and able to work proactively;
Good level of English (B2)
