Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create strategies to increase the service level of Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents;
- Participate in the onboarding and training of new hires;
- Set clear team goals and engage all members to achieve them;
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team;
- Oversee day-to-day operation;
- Monitor the quantitative and qualitative achievements;
- Conduct analysis of the team’s performance and report to senior level management;
- Create an inspiring environment with open communication culture.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and English;
- Previous experience as a team leader;
- Solid experience in BPO or shared service environment;
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills;
- Assertiveness and confidence;
- Ability to work full-time on flexible shifts;
- Strong PC literacy: MS Office, Internet applications, Windows Operating Systems.
