Chat and Email Support with Polish/German/Dutch

Main Responsibilities:
The main focus of the role is providing general support to the clients via phone and email regarding the usage of the platform;
Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;

Job requirements:
Have excellent verbal and written Polish/German/Dutch;
Very good English level (B2 Level);
Have excellent communication skills;
Are a reliable individual with a positive attitude;
Previous support experience would be considered as an advantage
