Technical Support Consultant with French



Main responsibilities:

-Support clients regarding technical issues and requests;
-Focus on process improvement identification and development;
-Analyzes system logs and achieving client KPIs;
-Daily work with a specialized ticketing system.

The skills:

-Previous technical experience is a must;
-Exposer to VoIP and experience with Linux servers is a big plus;
-Fluent in French C1 and English B2/C1;
-Good communication skills and high ethical standards.
