For one of our clients – a pioneer in the field of modern technologies and financial innovation
- we are looking for highly capable, driven individuals for the role of Customer Master Data Specialist with French or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Creating customer accounts in SAP based on the details received from customers or other
departments;
* Preforming duplicate checks, restricted party screening, license verification;
* Providing customers with information about their account;
* Monitoring data and account activation, ensuring that all operations are completed on time;
* Handling queries and resolving arising issues in a timely manner;
* Following the procedures of the department and participating in the reporting process;
* Preforming tasks according to predefined timelines and adhering to the accuracy
parameters.

Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French or German;
* Superb English communications skills;
* Great customer service skills;
* Relevant working experience in BPO or shared service;
* Experience with SAP and CRM tools;
* Previous experience in Master Data Management is considered an advantage;
* Basic understanding of overall F&A or OTC procedures;
* Availability for work on fixed shifts.
