Currently for one of our clients, we are looking for: Customer Service Representative with Polish and English


Main responsibilities:

• Timely response to customer inquiries through phone and e-mails;
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
• Communicating and coordinating with the colleauges in the team.

Main requirements:
• High School diploma or General education degree;
• Excellent command of German and English – written and spoken;
• Possibility to work under pressure;
• Good communication skills;
• Previous experience in such a position will be considered an advantage
