Human Capital Store is looking for Property Management Manager.

Do you want to develop your career as property manager in one of the top Real estate groups in Bulgaria?
Property management is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding professions. It requires you to wear many hats and perform a lot of different services to enhance a property’s value and quality of life for their residents or office tenants.
We are looking for a person to develop the activity of property management including managing a team and client relation with technical abilities.

The profile, we are looking, shall have following hard skills:

• a university degree in construction, business, accounting or real estate.
• 3+ years of professional experience as property manager
• Budgeting and accountancy skills
• Experience as team manager
• Experience as sales developer
• Proven knowledge and experience with Property management tools
• Initiative for improving processes and implementing new techniques
• Excellent English - speaking and written

Soft skills:

• friendly, understanding, empathic and capable of establishing good relationships with property owners and residents
• responsive, organized, proactive and accountable
• Solution driven
• Team spirit
