We are currently looking for an experienced and eager to lead and improve candidate to join one of our partners – an international company that is looking for:

Supply and Logistics Manager

Main responsibilities:


• Responsibility for coordination of all material flows (including on time delivery), following the requests of internal customers. Including direct and indirect materials as well as services;
• Coordination and communication with all areas that take account of a successful disposition - internally and suppliers following the communicated supply and demand plans as well as sourcing strategies;
• Preparation and execution of enhanced procedures and processes to ensure supply effectiveness and efficiency based on communicated targets and KPIs;
• Initiate and manage continuous improvement activities to enhance supply chain activities by ensuring cost efficiency;
• Responsibility for inbound and outbound warehouses, material storage, inventory control, transportation and goods in transit;
• Organization & team development is an essential part of this job position;
Initiation and active optimization of processes is expected and consequently supported.

Position requirements:


• Fluent English, German would be considered as advantage;
• Degree in Management, Business or Engineering;
• MS Office skills, ERP knowledge (SAP preferred);
• Strategic thinking with attention to details when needed;
• Analytical skills and ability and willingness to make improvements in the respective jobs;
• Experience in continuous improvement processes;
• Excellent leadership skills, incl. management of people/teams;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Very good ability to work in a team;
• Cooperativeness;
• Negotiation skills.
