NON-VOICE Support Coordinator with French / German / Italian / Dutch OR Turkish
Main responsibilities:
• Provide service at the highest company standards;
• Establish long-term business relationships;
• Conclude investigations and follow-ups reported by the users;
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Job requirements:
• Fluency in any of the following languages:French / German / Italian / Dutch OR Turkish (C1-C2 level);
• Excellent level of English (C1-C2 level);
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
