Our partner is a brand new outsourcing company that is opening their first office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:
Order Management Coordinator with Italian/ German/ Russian or Polish
Main Responsibilities:
• Create and update order specifications, submit orders, and track requests through the systems;
• Follow up and manage order related requests;
• Identify or propose new ideas towards process improvements;
• Support product return process in cooperation with SMEs;

Job requirements:
• Excellent level of Italian /German / Russian or Polish (C1 Level);
• Working level of English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts, workflows);
• Previous experience in procurement or supply chain industry will be an advantage.
