Описание

Основни задължения:
Manage, organize, and coordinate the processes for centralized monitoring and updating of client accounts for individuals and business clients.
Manage and organize the processes of the executions of distrains.
Coach, organize and support team in all operational activities, manage the teams’ performance, keeping KPIs and SLA;
Build on professional competence by keeping up to date on trends, legislative changes, regulatory requirements and apply them in operational procedures.
Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
Master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field;
At least 5 years’ experience in relevant to the position sphere;
Strong previous experience on a Leadership role;
Рroject management and organizational skills;
Excellent communication skills and relationship management capabilities;
Fluent English
