Your key responsibilities:
Perform miscellaneous account maintenance changes as requested including DDA changes, DBA changes, ETC type changes, address/phone number changes, etc;
Perform rate changes requested by ISO offices/CSG Department;
Help to ensure requests submitted to the department remain current and updated;
Assist with development guidelines/procedures for data entry corrections for applications;
Compare all systems to ensure data is transmitted timely and accurately;
Identify common errors and work with management to develop/implement improved processes for the Underwriting Department to avoid the same errors;
Communicate with other departments to identify issues, solve problems, or share communication;
Provide guidance, training and support to co-works whenever applicable;
Update the Management team on issues of concern that may cause a significant financial or service impact on the department and/or company;
Maintain quality and quantity of work that falls within established standards;
Perform maintenance on accounts as needed;
Assist with application processing as needed;
Work the NOC Report daily;
Work collection items in the Universal Work Queue for merchants with incorrect DDA information on file;
Perform Quality Control on all applications received
Onboarding and Residual Reporting & Perform other duties as assigned

Your qualification:
Excellent command of English language
Experience with Excel (incl. advanced functionalities)
University degree in Law/Economics/European Studies
Communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills and pro-active thinking
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to meet deadlines working under pressure
