About the company: Our client is a well-known business process outsourcing solutions company with more that 150 offices worldwide. We are searching for bright individuals for one of their projects in Sofia, the position is called British English Customer Support Representatives with English for international company (4,6,8h - shifts).

Essential Job Functions:
*Communicate with clients via phone ;
*Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
*Keep records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction;
*Maintain positive and professional attitude.

Requirements and qualifications:
*Fluency in English;
*Great interpersonal skills;
*Strong work ethic and team player attitude;
*Bonus points for previous experience on a similar position.
