For one of our clients – a company that offers complex and strategic outsourcing and technology solutions – we are looking for a Training Expert with German, Russian, Italian or French and English to join a brand new department.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Update existing programs for training & development and organize new courses;
* Collaborate on projects with both internal trainers and external vendors of training services;
* Arrange training sessions for new employees;
* Identify the training demands of different teams and coordinate the data with the higher
management;
* Create and carry out concepts for regular trainings for the company’s employees in order to
refresh their knowledge on different topics;

Requirements:
* Proficiency in German, Russian, Italian or French and advanced level of English;
* Solid background in creating and executing training programs;
* Excellent PC literacy and knowledge of MS Office tools;
* Great communication and presentation skills;
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
