We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partner an international organisation for the position of: Legal Counsel - project -
The organisation is a leading provider of cyber security solutions to governments and corporate enterprises globally. Its solutions protect customers from 5th generation cyber-attacks with an industry leading catch rate of malware, ransomware and other types of attacks


Your Impact & Responsibilities :

We are looking for an in-house lawyer to join our legal department to be responsible for:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts
• Interact and work with company's departments (sales, purchasing, Human Resources, R&D, operations and finance) on diverse legal issues
• Handling ongoing worldwide legal matters
• Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed
• This is a home office temporary position for 8 month


Your Knowledge & Skills :


• 3-5 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a law firm or as in-house lawyer
• Hard worker, well-organized, dynamic and pro-active personality, team player, independent worker
• Familiar with contracts terms
• Relevant experience working with multinational global companies
• Experience working at/with the hi-tech Industry
• English at mother tongue level or equivalent – MUST
