For one of our clients – a company that offers complex and strategic IT solutions – we are looking
for a Senior Risk and Compliance Specialist with German, Italian or Russian or French and English.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
*Develop and implement enterprise governance, risk, and compliance strategy and solutions;
*Perform and investigate internal and external information security risk and exceptions assessments;
*Assess the business and operational risks;
*Timely identification and elimination of compliance issues;
*Ensure that risks are identified and managed effectively and that appropriate response strategies
are in place;
*Create awareness and conduct audits to ensure adherence to standards;
*Responsible for accurate and timely implementation of the necessary control checks. Drive compliance with the established operating instructions;
*Ensure written and verbal policies and regulations of an organisation are kept in check.
Our client’s requirements:
* Fluency in German, Italian or Russian or French and English;
* Excellent level of English;
* 3+ year of risk management experience within the fintech or financial services industry;
* Knowledge on Information technology systems and processes, network infrastructure, data
architecture, data processes, and protocols;
* Advanced user of Visio, Excel, pivot tables and other web-based applications.
