Our client is an international company that provides online gaming and entertainment services. The company has a partnership with more than 50 online gaming providers across the world. For their newly established team in Sofia they are looking for a highly motivated:

Customer Support Team Lead with Turkish

Responsibilities:

• Work closely together with the CS Manager, Finance, Marketing and Technical teams;
• Deep internal knowledge on all of the company products;
• Respond promptly to Agent’s inquiries;
• Suggest improvements to the company CS processes, both procedural and involving changes to the software used;
• Monitor quality of chats and emails (avg time, quality, empathy, problem-solving. etc.…);
• Assist and Monitor on the KYC & SOW/SOF Processes;
• First point of contact with Providers;
• Conduct Induction & coordinate training to new employees;
• Provide feedback on CS Agent performance, which will be used for the quarterly bonus;
• Assist the CS Manager with any tasks which will be required.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Turkish language.
• Good English language would be a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience on a Team Lead role in BPO or customer service company;
• Proven experience in managing a team to achieving successful results;
• Experience in the i-gaming industry would be plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Has great attention to detail and is well organized.
• Ability to easily deal with challenging situations.
• Desire to manage and build a team.
• Excellent computer skills.
