General duties:
The main responsibilities are to review, design, and implement performance management processes and standards for all employees across the bank. You are expected to participate in the definition of the bank’s organizational design, job framework and performance management systems and work with all business units in the bank to ensure that they align with strategic goals and remain effective.
Performance Processes and Standards: Design and implement comprehensive performance management systems that foster a high-performance culture across the bank.
Collaboration with Business Units: Partner with all business units to understand their key business objectives, define performance standards and key performance indicators that accurately reflect and measure their performance.
Job Frameworks and Grades: Develop and maintain job frameworks and grading systems, ensuring fair, consistent, and competitive compensation structures.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of compensation strategies and conduct regular reviews of remuneration practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulatory standards.
Budget Management: Support the personnel budgeting process and provide insights and projections related to compensation and benefits costs.
Stakeholder Management: Influence business decisions by synthetizing clear takeaways from complex qualitative and quantitative performance data and convey complex information to a diverse audience, incl. C-level and below decision-makers of DSK Bank
People Analytics: Apply data analytics to monitor and evaluate employee performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
Professional experience in a consulting firm or a bank and/or experience in complex organizational transformations and advisory engagements
Curiosity and strong motivation to develop in the banking industry.
Ability to align performance management and compensation strategies with organizational objectives and financial targets.
Ability to deliver in high-pressure and fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
Proactive, impact-driven personality type with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
