Main Responsibilities:
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Supporting end-users and business partners regarding the company services and products;
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Focus Focus on process improvement identification and development.

• Have excellent verbal and written Portuguese and English(C1/C2 Level);
• Excellent communication and active listening skills;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Previous experience in customer or technical support will be an advantage.
