Manpower Bulgaria is currently looking for а motivated profesional to join the team of its client - foreign production company on the position of

Logistics Specialist

Requirements:

- University degree;
- Previous experience in logistics field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English language;
- ERP knowledge (SAP);
- Very good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Knowledge of the regulatory acts and internal instructions related to the receipt and release of goods and materials;
- Knowledge of the outbound and inbound logistics;
- ADR/dangerous goods knowledge (advantage).


Main responsibilities:

- Receives, checks and controls the uploading / shipment of the finished doods.
- Prepares correctly and timely all the necessary documents for the shipment of the finished goods in close collaboration with the Sales Department. Prepares delivery notes and CMR.
- Organizes the logistics (transport, tariff check, etc.,); ensures the timely transportation, RFP/RFQ and analyse received offers;
- Coordinates the uploading and transportation of goods and between two Plants. Coordinates and controls the work of the carriers.
- Prepares periodic reports on the traceability of the loads which he/she communicates with the Sales Department.
- Summarizes the logistic information and prepares reports for the management. Gives information and cooperates with the Sales Department if a problem arises.
- Controls and prepares reports about the movement of the CHEP pallets and at the same time enters the necessary information in SAP and into the CHEP site.
- Prepares reports on urgencies to be managed immediately and analyzes the logistics processes, delays, etc.
- Performs also other specifically assigned tasks related to the job.
