Main Responsibilities:

- Providing technical assistance in problem solving to customers (via phone, email or chat);
- Supporting end users and business partners regarding the company services and products;
- Focus on process improvement identification and development.

- Have excellent verbal and written Polish or Dutch (C1/C2 Level);
- Very good English level (C1 Level);
- Have technical knowledge or understanding;
- Previous experience in customer or technical support will be advantage.
