Experienced Help-Desk Associate with Portuguese / Italian / German / Polish / Czech or Russian


Main responsibilities:
Providing technical guidance and assistance to customers regarding their requests and issues;
Providing feedback to end-users and business clients after processing a specific case;
Maintaining up-to-date information in the database.

Job requirements:
Excellent level of Portuguese / Italian / German / Polish / Turkish /Czech or Russian (level C1);
Working level of English (min B2.);
Willingness to learn and develop;
Previous experience in technical support will be an advantage.
