Member Solutions Specialist with German / Dutch / French or Italian - 3/6 months contract (FULLY REMOTE)


Main responsibilities:
Respond to incoming queries from members;
Deepen the relationship with members, resolve various cases and provide solutions;
Maintain company`s database.

Working hours: Monday - Friday (between 10:00 - 20:00 on shifts);

Job requirements:
Excellent level of German / Dutch / French or Italian (C1 level);
Advanced level of English;
Previous experience in Customer/ Technical Support is an advantage.
