Bilingual coordinator (non-voice) with German / Italian / Portuguese / French / Polish or Dutch

Main responsibilities:
Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding the customer inquiries;
Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments;
Maintain company`s database;
Establish a long-term business relationship.

Job requirements:
Proficient level of German / Italian / Portuguese / French / Polish or Dutch (C1/C2 Level);
Fluency in English (C1);
Previous experience as a Customer/ Technical Support position is an advantage;
Excellent communication skills.
