We searching for driven analytical thinkers and tech enthusiasts for the role of Tech Support VoIP Agent with Dutch, German, Spanish or Italian.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Dealing with support requests and examining system logs;
* Preforming remote troubleshooting;
* Showing high level of technical know-how and assisting in solving the problem;
* Focusing on customers expectation and satisfaction;
* Following and achieving key performance indicators.

Requirements:
* Written and verbal fluency in Dutch, German, Spanish or Italian or English;
* Familiarity and skills with VoIP and Networking (Linux, preferably);
* Great analytical and troubleshooting skills;
* Route and Switch experience is a plus;
* Telecommunications knowledge or education is considered an advantage;
* Customer oriented with pro-active and team player attitude.
