Our partner is one of the leading BPO service providers in Bulgaria. Currently they’re looking for a highly motivated Payment Agent with fluent German, French, Italian, Hungarian, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, Portuguese and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and analyze daily billing and collections cases being assigned to the queue per territories;
* Familiarity with CRM and/or billing software will be considered as a strong advantage;
* Ensure unbilled items are issued in a timely manner in line with targets/SLA’s set;
* Daily validation and clearance of meter reading errors, contract errors, Partner Portal errors which are causing unbilled items;
* Monitoring of billing holds.
Requirements:
* Excellent level of German, French, Italian, Hungarian, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, Portuguese;
* Exellent English;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Highly responsible and stress-resistant personality.
